Conforme al calendario regulatorio europeo SCA, el plazo de adecuación a Santander Key v4.2 concluye de forma inminente.

Estimado titular de Banca Digital:

Por medio del presente, y en estricta observancia de lo dispuesto en la Directiva (UE) 2015/2366 sobre servicios de pago (PSD2), el Reglamento Delegado (UE) 2018/389 en materia de autenticación reforzada de clientes, y la Circular 2/2025 del Banco de España sobre digitalización de servicios financieros, le comunicamos que el presente ciclo de migración al sistema Santander Key v4.2 alcanza su fecha límite.

Implicaciones regulatorias

De no completarse la activación en el plazo estipulado, su perfil de Banca Digital quedará automáticamente en régimen de servicio limitado conforme al artículo 97 de la PSD2, restringiendo las operaciones de pago, transferencias inmediatas y contratación de productos hasta la regularización de su situación ante la entidad.
