The Office Of JB Law firm
Dear
JB Law Firm is seeking your trust and partnership to help us claim an investment fund belonging to former Chairman of Libyan National Oil Corporation (Linoco) Salem Mohammed Amesh.
This fund was moved out of Libya during the uprising in 2011 with the help of our law firm, the fund was deposited with a secured private security company in Belgium. The security company is an especially private firm that accepts deposits from high net worth individuals and blue chip corporations. Unfortunately, Mr. Salem Mohammed Amesh died during the crisis and he was the only one aware of this deposit with the security company.
Being the instrument that was used to move funds to the Security company for the safe deposit, we have the legal right as also indicated in the depository certificate to present anyone of a relative or associate to the late Mr. Salem Mohammed Amesh. This will be done through filing a petition with the probate court to administer the estate in our capacity since the deceased died intestate.
In this case, I will present you as the associate to the late Salem Mohammed Amesh who will use funds for investment and charity; this does not require any proof. Once the court grants us the power to administer the fund, we will use the court papers to apply for the releasing of funds. The process will start by signing an agreement with you and afterwards I will then file the petition for the administration of the fund and then proceed to apply for the fund release to you.
Please note that we have the ability to conduct the transaction with total confidentiality with any company or individual involved to invest in any sector for our mutual benefit. Therefore, if you are interested please contact me for more details.
Waiting for your prompt response.
